Tax credits

Just had a phone call from Tax Credits re my long term mindees. Do they do random spot checks? I've only ever heard of 'tip offs' being checked.

They are doing random checks and plan to do more.

Oh good - I get fed up of my number being 'used' by non-customers

Remember not to give them any information unless you can ring them back using a switchboard number (so you can be sure they are actually TCO people)
