Cm's advice on who to put on useful contact list

I would like to do a contact list with useful numbers on them, any ideas.

I will include my gas company (if there is a gas leak, which is now part of my emergency evacuation policy)

Your Next of Kin details and have it somewhere that someone else knows where it is (mine is inside door of a kitchen cupboard)

A CM I work with a lot and is my emergency cover knows where it is, just in case anything actually happened to me. There is also a sealed envelope with all the mindees emergency details in it there as well)

I also have a copy of it all, sealed and stuck to the inside of the back window of my car, on the outside of the envelope so to be seen from the outside is a sign that says.

Childminder on Board, Emergency details on reverse. In case of an accident they could be found easily by emergency services. It is fixed on from the inside by sticky back plastic covering it all.
