My Parents signed permission forms over a year ago. Would you get them to do it again?

How often do you upodate your policies and procedures?

Annually - since I got pulled up at an inspection about how parents could have changed religious views, not wanting medical treatment, and assorted other 'stuff'.

I would like to think that parents would tell, me, but .....

Everytime I change anything on my policies (even a comma!!) I put a new date on the bottom of it. I'm not sure that that really counts as "reviewing" it, but at least I have different dates on all my policies. Grin

I can imagine that Ofsted would like permission forms signed annually, but isn't it a shame that we are not allowed to let parents just talk to us first if they would like anything changed.

Much appreciated thanks.

I have done my forms for parents to sign again.
