Hi CM's

A friend received a letter from OFSTED recently to say that her registration had been completed and she was registered since July 1st.

Some questions:

  • how long does it take for the certificate to come through?
  • do you need your certificate to sort out insurance and join NCMA or just your registration number?
  • how long does insurance take to sort out?

any advice or feedback would be appreciated.

Insurance can be through NCMA or MM.
It shouldn't take long for the certificate to come through but yes you need the certificate to arrange insurance as you need the URN.
insurance can be arranged over the phone and is pretty much immediate
