HI
I know its easy for me to say but if all the complaints are untrue you really dont have anything to worry about, this happened to me about 3 years ago other than i was in when she called, when she looked around and listed the complaints she said her self that they where malicious.
You will undoubtedly checked all your paper work as you no she is going to drop in and i am sure you are prepared just like a normal inspection.

If you are like me my knee jerk reaction was to pack it all in, but don't I didn't look at how many children and parents are happy with you and how much joy you have brought into children's life's. You will be fine and get through this.
Why don't you go and make some toast and a coffee. if they are not their in the next 10 mins they are not coming this morning.

Thinking of you and hope it is over soon.

I don't understand why people can be so malicious, you are helping them by taking care of their child/ren, so they can go out to work, what do they get from making false complaints?
At the end of the day, you knnow yourself that you did not do any of thoses things, so hold your head up high.
You need to eat, you need all the energy to look after the kids, don't let your health suffer because of somebody that doesnt even deserve thinking about.

Been there twice, once very recently so I know how you feel. For me I STILL don't know who made all these horrible things up and that's the bit that bothers me most.

Anyway, she'll come in and say it's not her job to tell you whether or not she believes the complaint, she's there to check you are meeting the Welfare Requirements. So make sure you have everything to hand like you would for an actual inspection.

Have you spoken to Ofsted? Do you know when they are coming back?

Big {{{hugs}}} as it's so horrible!!
