Which consultant?

Hi, I had P.E.T in 1st pg, resulted in EMCS at 34 wks. Pg no. 2 I somehow managed to get another consultant (not my own!) to sign off my papers for a homebirth ...I had a very successful HBAC. My own consultant would never in a million year's have signed me off to have a homebirth. But, luck had it he was on holiday when I had an appointment at 39 wks so I saw someone else who was totally won over by my argument for my homebirth!

Dilema I have is I'm pg with dc 3 and I don't know which consultant to be referred to? My own consultant last time is excellent and if I have problems in this pregnancy, he is the best to have in my area. However, I think it will be a battle to get him to agree to homebirth - even though I had one last time. Or I can ask for the consultant who 'allowed' me the homebirth, because how could he say no! But what if I have problems and he's not so good, so I've been told.
