I seem to be having a period 4 weeks to day after giving birth? Is it possible? I stopped bleeding only a week ago and I'm mixed feeding. Now I have cramps and fresh blood.

could be, i was about 5 or 6 weeks. even if you're bf, you can still get periods. i once lived next to someone whose 2nd dc was only 11 months after the first, so def possible.

Yep! I had 6 weeks post partum bleeding and went straight on to my first period after both my Dc's ~ and I was exclusively bfing them. Horrible, but normal for some of us sadly.

could be. first period seemed to start just as lochia was tailing off, around 4-5 weeks I think? I was exbf, and went right back to every 4 weeks thereafter. grr.

me too, 6 1/2 weeks after birth, was mixed feeding too. now exclusively bf so health visitor reckons i may not get another for a while as the hormones readjust
