post pregnancy stiches, dont feel any pain though but when these will go away

I gave birth to a my first baby girl on last monday. my labour was quite normal, my waters were broken though. but i had some stiches because of some tear off. i am normal, i am not feeling any pain.just having some bleeding which i believe is normal. but
1)
my question is that when these stiches will go away. should i do any extra care, i am trying to keep these clean though.
2)
can i do any exercises,
3)
my pregnancy marks are still there on my belly and under my knees. When these will go, what should i do?
4)
hmmm baby is is feeding every 40 minutes but does not stay there for more than 5 to 7 minutes. what should i do,
and
5)
i have to change her nappies like 10 to 15 times a day, is it normal?

it is my first baby so get confused at every step,
i will really appreciate your suggestions.

  1. I hate to say this but I felt pain only after a week when skin/stitches tightened.
  2. PELVIC FLOOR! Plus as much walking as you fancy.
  3. Depends on your skin and the depth. Anything from a few months, a year, never
  4. It calms down hugely after first few weeks into longer periods.
  5. Yes, but again it calms down. Poo goes mustard and only a few times a day, mainly a wet one after feeds.

thanks strawberrycake, hmm can i start these excercises now or whould i wait for stitches to go away? and yes you are right, i am feeling that tightening since last night. let's see
