How to do a perineal swab for mrsa test.....

...um can't think of anything else to say really.

I have to do one for this afternoon, and apart from not knowing how the hell I am going to get down there (I am 37 weeks pg), I also am not sure if I have to put the swab 'in' or just wipe it across the outside - does anyone know?

you just rub it along your landing strip!!! sorry lol its only way i can describe it!!
