My dd is 5 days old & I had a 2nd degree tear & also small tear by my back passage. After going to the toilet yesterday (no 2) I noticed after wiping there was a stitch - well piece of nylon stuff with a knot at one end but it was only small. Does this mean the stitch has come out or has part of it dissolved does anyone know. I am no sorer after than before but still quite uncomfortable.
