Hi, i have had the yes for a home birth, im only 24 weeks on friday but want to get the stuff i need early so i can relax.
I want a birthing pool and was wondering can i have gas and air.
Also what are tens machine like, do they actually work. This is dc#2 and dont want to much meds this time round.
What other meds can they offer you at home?
What else will i need?

Hi Tyson

If you are after a pool, it's worth asking your MW if there is one to borrow. I borrowed the HB team's one and just bought a new liner and hose to fill it.

BTW I live in Npton and had a HB here (it was fab) so if you want to swap notes, let me know. I think there is a new HB team who have been set up after I has DS 1 yr ago.

Anyway, best of luck. I absolutely would recommend a HB in a pool, best moment of my life

Ok thanks tummum ill def ask, ive got to tel my mw that consultant is allowing me to have on then she is goin to ak hb team to come round and chat. Ill be able to ask then, that would save me over a £100
