Recommend a relaxation/hypnosis CD for labour?

I'm 20 weeks PG with DC3, and absolutely terrified of giving birth again. My other babies were 10lbs 8oz and 9lbs, and I'm just dreading another big baby. I thought I might try listening to one of those relaxation CDs to stop me from panicking, both now and during my labour, can anyone recommend one? Thanks in advance.

Try www.natalhypnotherapy.co.uk/

I'd second the natal hypnotherapy CDs, very relaxing and convince you that you can do this. They do a pregnancy relaxation one as well as a birth preparation one.

Good luck, hope you're feeling better soon and manage to enjoy your pregnancy.

Definitely the natal hypnotherapy, the music alone is lovely and relaxing.

Hi Teddy - there's also the GentleBirth CDs or homestudy program. I used it for my own homebirth 2 weeks ago with my 10lbs 7oz baby boy during our 16 hour labour.

You can also download the free Breastfeeding Confidence Mp3 from our sister website - ChangeYourMind.ie by using the coupon 'easy' when you check out.

Enjoy this wonderful time! I'd do it all again tomorrow!

Thanks Tracy - there's no chance you could do it for me, is there..?
