Whats the best cure after a c-section???

I know you ladies are a treasure trove of invaluble info, so i would love for as many ideas as to the best cure or at least help/aid for bad trapped wind after a c-section! i never had a problem with it after my first c-section but i really did after my second!!! - i thought that was FAR more painful than the c-section itself!!! im due to have another section in about 5 weeks and i would love as many ideas as poss! i did try peppermint cordial last time and it was ok, but i was just hoping someone may have come accross something a little stronger/effective! TIA

peppermint seemed to work for me... there is a thing here in Aus called wind-eze - not sure if something like that would be fine.

you can get windeze in UK -- I bought it after my c sections but never used it... nurses recommended it..
