Anyone know which specific aromatherapy oils help restore contractions in labour?

I had excellent aromatherapy oils when I had a water birth at St. Thomas Home from Home.
Problem is they won't take me this time as I live out of aread.

I am not a sceptic but I was genuinely surprised how well they worked. So I am planning to take my own, but I am not sure which ones.

Specifically there was one that helped bring the contractions back when they slowed. All I can remember is something like Frankincense and Myrrh

Thanks in advance

Clary sage stimulates contractions and is often used with lavender for its relaxing effects

Do you burn it, or massage it in or...?
