How, if at all, have your births differed with a different father, iyswim?

Not sure my title makes sense!

I have 2DC's from a previous relationship, ages 12 and 9 and I am currently 31 weeks pregnant with DC3 (different father from DC's)

I was induced with DC1 at 38 weeks which resulted in a very quick, frantic labour and went into spontaneous labour with DC2 at 42 weeks (day before induction ) - again very quick labour but more relaxed, less frantic. Both labours under 3 hours from start to finish. I'm beginning to panic think about this impending labour.

Obviously I know all birth experiences are different but as time goes by I am beginning to worry that I will either end up in labour forever or that I will not have time to get to hospital

For anyone in my situation who have had babies by different dads - were your labours dramatically different from previous?

DCs 3 & 4 (different father) were quite different labours from the older two but then I was quite a lot older - a 9 year gap between DC2 and DC3, and then another 4 years before DC4. So it's hard to tell if it was the father, or my age, or coincidence.

The younger two were both longer labours - older DCs were fast and furious. DC3 was induced and nightmarish and took days, DC4 a pretty average 12 hours but still much much longer than older ones.

I am 30 weeks pg with dd2, different dad to dd1, and my midwife told me the other day that with a different father your body can treat it more like a first labour as the hormones are different.
