Had 2nd degree tear a month ago. Thought I had healed fine, don't have any pain sitting, walking etc and generally feel OK. Was on a bit of a high really especially as I had 3rd degree tear with first dc 5 years ago which was awful. However, I've just had a good look at my perenium and it looks to me that it hasn't healed very well at all. Some of the skin hasn't joined back together leaving gaps....
Have made appointment to see gp but am now worried this isn't normal and I need to be re-stitched again
