I went searching for a list of what to bring to hospital. This one is good (tho US centric) bit.ly/cC5UqS think will need towels, soap etc. for NHS yes? I heard you should bring some cleaner too as showers not clean? True?

No idea where you live, mine were spotless at the hospital I went to. With all 3 of mine I was kind of amazed at how much STUFF people brought in, like they were going away for a fortnight. I'd keep in minimal tbh, your DP can always bring extras in.

Oh yes, didn't need towels as was given them, soap was a bit, er, utilitarian though. One thing I would say is to splash out on really nice toiletries.

Check what your hospital provides e.g. mine provides nappies, cotton wool, maternity pads, towels, gown for mum and baby if wished
