I have been having false labour for about 2 weeks now on and off. Currently 40+2 I had a sweep yesterday and the contractions have a real kick to them now, they stopped last night but started again at 5 this morning, they r sometimes coming every 3 mins but last about 15-30 secs. Please help me get this labour established!! Oh I measured 6 on bishops scale, cervix soft about 1cm thick and 2 dilated.

I only have 6 Cauloph 200c left but lots of Cimicifuga 200c left and I'm not sure what dose to take.

Thanks in advance for any advice xx

It doesn't matter, because there is nothing in those pills.

I'll assume that you have been to the doctor and they have done everything they can, and if so you won't do yourself any harm with these, no matter if you take them all at once or one every 6 hrs.

If you have not spoken to actual medical professionals then I suggest you do so.

According to NICE guidelines the NHS should not offer homeopathy to induce labour.I would guess this might mean that midwifes are unable to recommend dosages?

Any dosage of homeopathic medicine is quite safe to take at any time in any circumstances (unless perhaps you have a sugar allergy)So use your judgement based on what dosages have helped you before. I don't mean to be patronising but this does not apply to herbal medicines!
