Another bloody show/mucous plug question!!

Im 40+3, had sex with DP earlier and when i got up i noticed that my knickers were stained with a bit of brown blood? but no sign of mucus... normal or not??

Not sure if i need to phone midwife??

could be the plug coming away - waters still intact?

i think it was my mucus plug - had more afterwards...
