Um - bowel movements - is it a sign?

Hi,

Since about midnight last night I have been having mild tummy ache and have needed the loo around every 3 hours.

I remember last time needing to poo a lot when I went into labour but I was induced so not sure if it is the same if it starts naturally?

Could this be a sign of something starting to happen in the next few days or have I just probably eaten something dodgy?

I am 36+4 so maybe a little early yet.

Yes! Your system clears itself out to minimise pooing whilst you're pushing out the baby.

Eek - I'm hoping not though. I'm sooo not ready - I haven't even finished work yet!
