ONE frickin day short of my home birth

Bed is v wet, pad on, walking around just getting little flows every 10 mins or so. Yellow coloured though? doesn't smell like anything

Well went in to be monitored because the baby was moving much and 40 mins later was having an emergency c-setion

Turns out baby was v distressed so they got her out as quick as possible. I had nothing with me but a pack of cards and a banana I didn't even have a bra on

Anyway we just got home from the hospital and we are all very glad to be home and well.

Ah shame, sorry things didn't go according to plan...I suppose the main thing is she's here with you safe and sound. How long was it between your waters breaking and you going into hospital? Did you even make it into established labour? Sorry, am v nosy, just planning a homebirth myself!

More importantly, what have you called her??
