Labour or Braxton Hicks?

Hi just wondering if anyone has any helpful sugestions?

2nd baby due in 3 weeks its Friday afternoon and I am shattered been having contractions since 7am Wed morning not sure if its start of slow labour or just braxton hicks, they are not particularly painful just uncomfortable and I'm starting to get a bit tired as they keep me awake at least a few hours a night.

Anyone know how to either stop them or make them turn into labour???

That sounds like my labour - started Saturday morning and ds finally made an appearance on Monday.

With the first one, you can curl up on the sofa and chill but I'm guessing dc1 isn't keen on that idea.

The only thing I ever found that seemed to bring things on was fresh pineapple but it's only a guess. You have to really like pineapple to eat enough of it. Good luck anyway.
