If your first was late,when did your second arrive?

Hi all,just wondering as I was 13 days late and induced with DS1 and am hoping will be overdue again with number 2 (am in the middle of moving) Thanks for sharing Am 39+2 and not getting any feelings yet.

thanks for all your replies.really ineresting to see that mostly if you were overdue the first time then you were again the second. i am getting a few aches today so we will see what happens,but am still hoping this baby hangs on in there for a week at least, i need the time to move house lol

I'm expecting DD3 and hoping not to get to 12 days late again!!

with ds was 2 weeks overdue, went into labour at 3 am on the day I was due to go in for an induction at 9am.

DD was 3 days before her due date, I had no twinges or signs, fully expected to be overdue again, and wok at 5 am with contractions every 4 mins, she was here by 10:30am

DD1 - 9 days late
DD2 - 13 days late (induced)

DD1 1 week late induced, DD2 on due date

induced with all 4 of mine, although the last 2 I had progressed a bit more by myself before induction. Had the works (gel, membrane rupture, syntocin drip) with first 3, just gel with last one.

Hmmm- watching this thread with interest too.....
I was induced at 42 weeks with DD1, currently 41+4 with DD2- have had 2 sweeps and due to be induced in 3 days- any suggestions very welcome!

DS 10 days late, induced with the full works and ridiculously long labour.
DD 10 days late, induced, gel and waters broken 3 hours from start to finish.

DD2 arrived 16 days late, almost 17 after 3 sweeps, 5 days of show and 3 nights of contractions.

Ist 13 days late, had dd on the day that inducing was to be done!
2nd 10 days early!!

Dc3 due in 9 weeks, difficult to plan maternity leave etc!

DD1: 4 days late
DD2: 5 days early although expected her to be late because the hospital calculated my due date incorrectly. Completely different pregnancy to DD1.
