Labour can't be far away. Would go for a walk or do some exercises to get things moving along, but have broken ankle. Any ideas of what else I could do?

Apart from the whole pineapple/curry/shagging suggestions of course.

I would be out for a long walk if I could, but I can't walk very far as I am still in an orthopedic boot for my broken ankle.

Anybody know of any exercises or anything I could do?

I had been having regular cramps/braxton hicks for ages yesterday, I have lost my mucus plug and had a couple of whooshes of pink show. It can't be far away now surely?

Any top tips?

I had great plans to try some of this last night after ds was in bed.

But I fell asleep when putting him to bed and stayed there all night.

A few more twinges in the early morning from 3.30am until 7ish, but now they have all stopped again.

And now it's fecking snowing AGAIN and we have about 2" lying in the garden. And I don't suppose the council will have thought about gritting the roads....
