#1 was 8 hours induced but pain for about 3 hours

#2 2.5 hours from first contraction to delivery

just wondering how likely it is that #3 will be even quicker.

I aws 4hrs for first, 2 hrs for 2nd, and , like you, worried would be delivering in the car for 3rd, so shot to hospital at first contraction, and ended up Op delivery, 4h 40mins (so my longest of the lot!)

have heard a few people saying that 3rd labours can be "different" from 1st two, but may be an old (mid)wives tale!

My sister's third was less than 2 hours from first contraction to baby, I believe!

Like you, bit worried may not make it to hospital!

Good luck!
