Don't know about the food thing (ate like a pig all through pg and bfeeding) but bled for nearly 6 weeks post-section.

My appetite didn't come back till about 10 weeks. I could afford it though - I'm a big girl! I had terrible nausea when pg too so was used to not wanting to eat.

However now at 14 weeks it has returned with a vengeance!! Need to start diet soon.

Re the vaginal bleeding, you had your baby two weeks ago, not two months! I was definitely still bleeding between 4-6 weeks after both my sections.
I think anything up to 6 weeks is pretty normal

I didn't have a cs but I did lose my appetite and swear it was the reason I gave up breast feeding at 2 weeks (despite no probs breastfeeding apart from frequency). I was exhausted and emotional and I think because I had no appetite I was weak aswell. Can't remember when I got it back but I did and think it related to once I had given up bfing.

Now, I'm not saying give up bfing, if you are, but it made me wonder if it was related to the hormones from bfing... If that makes sense.

I plan to get DH to insist I eat regularly next time as it was my big regret that I didn't bf for longer.

I completely lost my appetite after having dd1 (had a normal delivery) I really had to force food down for the first couple of weeks.
However didn't experience it after ds and dd2 in fact I was starving! dd1 was a more traumatic birth so that may have had something to do with it.
