You would think 4th time round I would know for defo.. With DD didnt get one, DS1 had the mucus with pink tinge.. really cant remembner if i had one with DS2 think I did but again it was a mucus one.
All day I have had contractions, nothing regular.. the mw came to see me to moniter my BP and thought I could well be in early labour.
Just been to the toilet and when wiped there was some specks of fresh blood, sorry if tmi.. inserted some tissue a little up and got a little more blood on there pinky rather than bright red..(this was to make sure it hadnbt come from my piles.. nice I know not sorry.) then nothing. I am presumming this is my show, but thought I had better check.

Hoping that it is I am 39+4 and ready for this baby to come sooner rather than later.
TIA

I am shocked as my fist was an elective section at 35+5 and both boys were 40+2 only because i had a sweep on my due date.

I cant sleep so have sent my DH to bed, and his parents, and I am in the front room with DS2 who is 2.6years and refusing to sleep and stripping of.

Contractions have died down hoping to grab a couple ofhours sleep.

Abit nervous though as with DS2 from 3cm to delivery was a whole 15mins.. and the hospital is 30mins away on a good day never mind with all this ice and snow.. (we are in germaany)

(that said, one of my friends gave birth in the footwell of the car on a ringroad in germany in much the same circs as yours last year i still don't know what possessed her to get into the car!
