Back pain after elec c-section??

I had an elective c section on monday and came home last night. As i came home i had back ache but i put this down to having got up and dressed so doing more than should.
Today i took my pain killers as soon as i woke this morning, then stayed in bed for a few more hours. I got showered and felt fab, i then went and pretty much sat for the day. Come 5.30 i found i was in pain when getting up mainly in my back and sides.
My painkillers havent touched it, has anyone else experience this, i didnt with my first but i had an emerg under GA first time. Is this linked to the spinal????

i had terrible back ache a couple of days after emcs. it turned out to be a bladder infection from the catheter. ask your MW or HV about it.
could just be one of those unpleasant things to do with cs though as my back has been rubbish since DS

I had a spinal on Monday - on Monday night and all of Tuesday I had horrible back and hip pain. If I stay in one position too long it comes back. Getting up from a chair is definitely the worst.

I definitely don't have an infection and am still pregnant (40 weeks) so it could be something to do with that but personally, I think it's the spinal.
