Wasted Growth

Hi
On my birth notes under comments about the baby it says "wasted growth" - please can anyone tell me what this means? My baby was born 39+6 weighing 6lb 1oz.

I think the best thing to do is simply ring them and ask..They won't mind in the slightest if you say you just want a bit of reassurance. Let me know..interested myself!
