and hoping the answer is yes!

First was very long, very medicalised and a bit traumatic, but 2 and 3 have been extremely easy - in fact number 3 was totally without pain relief as I only got to the delivery suite in time to produce him (notes say 5 minutes after arrival!).

This is my 4th in 6 years, so am hoping that I haven't forgotten how to do it and it will be easy - can you reassure me?!

I think that even if it doesn't get quicker per se, we get better at managing it and being in control of the labour.

You will know by now that keeping up and mobile as long as you can in labour will speed it all up.

And you also know that you will survive the next contraction!

Good luck! I had 3 in 3 years!
