Midwife visit

Had a beautiful baby boy on Friday. Home yesterday and am I right in saying the midwife visits today and if so do they let you know a timeor just turn up.

Midwife will just turn up at some point today but will possibly give you a time slot for future visits.

Many congratulations - boys are fabulous - very cuddly. My "baby" boy is now 7 and still loves a cuddle.

In our area we are told that the midwife will just turn up at any time of day, but if she isn't out by 3pm, give her office a ring to see where she is/how much longer it'll take her to get to you.
