Recommend a good book about childbirth?

I think I should be better prepared for this birth but just seem to find straightforward biology-type books or some fairly wacky stuff that doesn't seem rooted in reality.

Any suggestions, anyone?

Blooming Birth..bought it in a charity shop and my favourite.. will not lend to ANYONE..have re read it loads of times & is packed in my labour bag ATM. Its a no nonsense approach...probably available on amazon.
