No personal experience but a friend was booked for a section for a breech in fact and she did go into labour before her CS date.

They took her in and did the cs straight away.

Best thing would be to ask your midwife what to do.

Would imagine you would go to top of the list as an 'emergency c-s'

My DS2 was (an undiagnosed) breech and i had an emc-s.

Good luck & c-s's aren't all as terrible as they are ade out to be, well mine wasn't & i'm a home-birther by choice

I had a friend who was booked in for her third c-section after some complicated previous c-sections and went into labour three weeks early. They just did the c-section as planned as soon as she got to the hospital.

I was booked for a planned medical c-section on Thursday and went into spontaneous labour on Saturday.

I called ahead to the hospital and they were ready for me, had a very swift but calm c-section.

I'm sure this is not an unusual thing, just inform them immediately.

all you need to do is call labour ward , inform them of the situation and they will ensure that you will get your c.s as soon as you can
