Raspberry leaf but not "red raspberry leaf?"

Argh ive bought raspberry leaf capsules from Holland and Barrett. Now I see on their site they are selling the red raspberry leaf tablets alongside them and lots of sites specifically say RED raspberry. I though a raspberry was a bloody raspberry. Are there different sorts?

doesn't work whichever one you take- i drank raspberry leaf tea non stop for the last few weeks of my pregnancy and my DD was 15 days late...

as I said in another thread- it is a common mistake- raspberry leaf tea does not induce labour- it only strengthens the uterus and makes contractions (when they finally have the courtesy of showing up!!) stronger and more efficient..

But is there a difference between raspberry leaf capsules and red raspberry leaf tablets. Or are they the same thing?
