Group Strep B - taking samples

I've got the sample kit and just need to take the samples and send them off to the laboratory - but now not sure how to take them. Have you done it? Did you do it yourself or did you get your husband to do it?

Mine were tested in the hospital. Did they not explain to you what to do? Look on the packet and call them or google it and see if the website comes with instructions.
