Definitely. It took me about an hour to get the positioning just right! Once right the relief was amazing.

give it a go, the earlier you put it on, the more beneficial it is as it builds up and then you can use the boost button when it really kicks off.... if you are ouchy, give it a go.

bit of a bath first? helps with pain and sometimes helps get things going as well. bit of clary sage in there too if you've got any
