My SiL swears by it, personally I don't know enough about it.

Anyone use it and find it useful? Can anyone suggest good website to look at for how to do it?

I had an acupuncture session before I went into labour and the therapist showed me what to do. Whn the time came tho, it was pretty much the last thing on my mind. Good luck!

It's fabulous - do the one with the comb!

I did the ankle one to get things going before a sweep with DD2 - magic.

Google Debra Betts. Get your birth partner to read it all too.

But there is no shame in asking for the epidural should it all get too much
