Likelihood of planned C Section after Septum Removal

Does anyone have any advice or experience of giving birth after having a septum removed from your womb? I had a procedure called a hysteroscopic metroplasty early last year which removed a septum (like a wall of tissue in my womb) after having had it diagnosed after two miscarriages. Am now 7 months pregnant (hurray!) but my consultant has said that he needs to make a decision on whether we try for a vaginal birth or go for a C section, as apparently there is some risk of rupture of the womb after this op? Its 4 weeks until I see my doc again so would like to know if other people have had any experience of this so I have something to base my expectations on. Any advice gratefully received!
