ok, its been a week since my emcs and tonight a few comments my dh made set me off in tears.... Dh told me to grow up! Should my moods be ok by now? Am I wrong to expect dh to put up with my moods?

It is the very least he can do given that you were cut open last week to bring his baby into the world and given the emergency bit you had this done in traumatic circumstances therefore, you are not only entitled to the hormones, you have a good few weeks of moods owing to you.

Grow up indeed... only a man could think it let alone say it.

Sending lots of good vibes your way.

Plenty of women are hormonal after giving birth and its considered NORMAL to have postnatal blues for up to six weeks from giving birth/ having a c section.

It is your DH who needs to grow up and act like a father.

thank you, I was thinking I was out of order but you are right, he needs to sort himself out... He's still in bed now despite it being me who only had 4 hours sleep due to dd's wind and having to get up to sort ds for school... Guess that's what 3 pints in town and 4 cans of 4.8% larger does to you.... He's "tired"....

I can't wait for him to go back to work tbh, how awful is that???
