Im 37 weeks pregnant with DC2, and hoping for VBAC. Ive bought some Arnica 200c tablets from ebay after reading up on benefits of improved healing after childbirth, but there are no instructions with them.

What i want to know is :-

Do you take them before labour, or during, and if so, how many a day?

For after labour, how many a day and for how long?

Thank you.

I used them after childbirth for bad muscle pains - found that they helped. I think you take them 4 times a day, but can't remember exactly. There should definitely be some instructions on the bottle.

Thanks milly-there are definately no instructions on the bottle, but 4 times a day sounds about right, im sure id read that somewhere.

Anyone else??

I took them every 3/4 hours or so after the birth but for 2-3 days only.
