What happened?
Was it your first?
Do you think it could have been avoided?

Just wanting to know as I decide for an elective cs or a vbac... Im just worried that my stubborness to have a vaginal birth may lead to instrumental delivery and/or distressed baby and have long term consequences.
My cousin was delivered by forceps and she has a small disability of her ankle and her wrist on the right side of the body. she got stuck and i think the forceps wasnt used properly and she got small brain damage resulting in that small disability.
