I am 40 + 4 today and have pains at the very top of my bump which are making me feel sick. Also had diahorrea this morning and generally feeling extremely rough. Hoping that this is the start of something but last time with DS1 all my pains were low down to begin with like period pain not like this. Are these pains something else or can labour pains be high?
Any advice gratefully received.
