Where do TENS electrodes go again?

Have just taken my old TENS machine out of the bag and the instructions aren't there (last used 5 and 6.5 years ago!). I know it's one electrode either side of spine, but can anyone remind me how far up? Don't need immediately but want to test and due in 10 days.
TIA

some people advise that you should use tens or other stim below the hart at all times as it works on using a minor electric curent on you!

After googling...
"The electrode placement pads need to be positioned 40-50mm above and below an imaginary line drawn with the navel. 75mm apart on either side of the spine."

Oh thankyou beautifulgirls - now feel very lazy for not having googled myself but thought someone would just know
