Not strictly childbirth but nursing bras

Hi

DC2 is due in 2 weeks and I have no nursing bras.

I am currently about a size 36D, but breasts have not really increased during this pregnancy like they did last time. I've found a couple of bras that look comfy (Bravissimo and Cariwell) both of which come in small, medium, large or XL sizes. Both of them put a 36D as a medium and the next size up as a large. I imagine my breasts might grow a bit after the baby is born (although hopefully not that size of a watermelon thing this time around) and I suppose I will need to put a breast pad in there too.

Can any one help me decide just tell me what size to get? My brain is made of fudge and I am incapable of making decisions...

Thanks!

In my experience, I grew like 3 sizes after having DS! I would buy a medium and a large. The large will be nice for when your milk comes in and is in full strength iykwim! Then you can go back down to the medium when things settle down a bit. HTH

Thanks Trumpets! I ended up going for 2 large ones on the basis that I can always stuff them with extra breastpads or something if nature doesn't deliver!!
