has anyone ever used hypnosis in labour

My friend is currently having the training for it and she has said 2 other girls that were on the course had there baby's and the labour was very quick and quite painless.

They were both 1st pregnancies. If I was to have another I would definiatly go for it.

i didnt realise there was actually training involved. i was hoping to pick up a book from the library. lol.

Well I don't know if you call it training as such but she does go to classes
