Just hoping someone might have some expertise or experience o this. Since 35 weeks I have had small episodes of bleeding, for 2-3 hours once a week. Its never very much and is always at night/early hours. my placenta was low but has moved up so doctor not concerned about that. They have no idea where it is coming from and can't offer any explanation.

Any ideas?

I only had one incidence of bleeding, at 37 weeks with twins. It was terrifying though only lasted a few minutes - there was a small puddle of blood on my bathroom floor. I went to hospital and they couldn't say what it had been, but the babies were fine. I was induced 3 days later, so I don't know if it would have happened again. Just wanted to say that it did no harm, as you must be worried even though your doctor isn't.
