i had an episiotomy, and i had sex at 4 weeks, everything felt fine, it hurt a bit at first but then was fine, but afterwards there was blood everywhere, and the bleeding stopped but now when i look at my pantyliner it's got thick clotted blood all over it, there were some little clots of tissue...what's happened? i also have a dull ache down below but no pain or soreness. it's friday so i can't see a doctor until monday!! And too be honest i'm way too embarassed.

You could ring NHS Direct or look on their website. Don't know the number off hand.
