Survey!!! EDD and actual arrival...

Do any babies come on time?

What was your EDD and when did baby actually decide to show up?

1 ds (first,obviously!) - was due 12/02, arrived 9 days early 03/02

DS1 was 3 weeks early, DS2 1 day late - so to answer your question I guess no!!

DD - arrived 5 days before EDD

DS - arrived bang on EDD! So yes!

yes ds1 arrived on EDD too
ds2 was 4 days late

ds due on 28th July, started things 19th, born 22nd of July

dd due on 11th January, born on 18th January.

Both mine early. Waters broke 12 days early for both, ds c-section that afternoon (so 12 days) dd c-section 3 days later (so 9 days).

My mum said my sisters & me were 10 days early, and my brother was 10 days early.

Actual date 7th Feb

btw, they do say that most first time mums go to 41 weeks.

DD was born by emerg. cs on EDD
DS born (vbac) day after EDD (went into labour on EDD)

Both came on EDD

dd arrived bang on due date

DD's EDR was 24/4/02. She arrived 14 days later in 5/4/02.

DD 3 weeks early
No 2 - 38+2and counting!!!

dd1 due 18/04, arrived 20/04
dd2 due 25/03, arrived 20/03

dd due 24th Oct born 30th Oct

dd due 25th dec arrived 13th dec

waters broke on due date.
had to be induced 2 days later as contractions were feeble!

Aww, Dabihp, I sense the desperation in your threads, bless you! My DS was born at 37 and 6 to an incredibly relieved me. I couldn't believe my luck, or that I hadn't sorted my nursing bras yet!

lol, Flossam, is it that obvious...

as u may have read then, I was booked in for a section as dd1 didnt drop, so had elective with her, however at last antenatal, baby had engaged, so i cancnelled my section (whihc was yesterday!)

Am due otmorrow, but hav ehospital in the mornign and they have rebooked me for wednesday, so I have to go into labour myself before then, otherwise its another section -which i am very very keen to avoid..

Didnt labour at ALL with dd one (was one day overdue) so do not know what to expect this time....

but heres hoping XX

contractions sodded off on saturday (3hrs, every 7minutes), and havent come back!!!
