Or do you not notice them what with childbirth being fricking painful anyway?
It hurts for me to even squeeze out the excess wee when I finish urinating. I can actually hear a sucking noise (sorry - FAAAAR too much info)when I squeeze the final little drips out - obviously due to there not being much 'space' up there.
