When the baby engages, is it only possible to do this in anterior position or can you have a baby engage in a posterior (or other) position?

I'm pretty sure they can engage in any position. I think this one (am 38 wks) is almost completely back-to-back and has been engaged for weeks. Have been told I may need to try to unengage her to try to get her in a better position!

I think even bottoms can engage!
